Full Name: Stacey Downing

Professions:Regional & National UKBFF Competitor | National & International Online Coach

Bio: Stacey is a super busy mom working in the ministry of justice as well as running an international online coaching business with her husband.

4 years ago things were very different and many health issues and a break down led to her waking up one day deciding she could not cope how things were and needed to change! Fast forward to now and deciding to make that lifestyle change has changed mine and my families life forever! "I started lifting 4 years ago and have never looked back.

5 months after lifting my first weight I competed in my first bikini fitness competition and my 4th show was 2016 placing 2nd in the UKBFF Welsh Flex Lewis championships" Stacey's focus since then has been on fitness shoots. Her goals are to improve her fitness and work on her physique to create the perfect bikini body. "Without the best nutrition and exercise none of this would be possible and it's completely changed my life forever & I'm grateful for the support & opportunity GHN have given me.

As a result my main goal is to change as many lives as possible to and help and support people all over the globe with their fitness journeys because anything is possible".

Reviews

"The products are great and there's nothing better than a GHN Whey protein shake after a tough session - especially during the gruelling weeks of pre-season!"
