Bio: Rosie is a former Great British Acrobatic Gymnast; Acrobatic gymnastics has always been her passion and life. Rosie trained 6 days a week 25+ hours a week for 9 years. During her competitive gymnastic career she won titles of: British Champion, 3x International Champion and European medalist. After retiring from competitive gymnastics Rosie discovered her love for weight training and bodybuilding. In September 2018 she competed in her first fitness model competition and was lucky enough to win the routine category. Rosie also competed and won in her second fitness model competition earlier in 2019. Her training is now a combination of weights & bodybuilding training and handstand contortion training. Rosie is also a fully qualified personal trainer and online coach and "The past couple of years i have absolutely loved helping pass on my knowledge, expertise and passion for fitness to help motivate, inspire and coach my clients to reach their own fitness goals".
