Bio: Alex is a 50-year lifelong athlete. A Women’s Physique Competitor, Champion Figure Competitor, Fitness Model and Muscle Model, who is committed to health and fitness.

In her working life Alex is a global strategy advisor and researcher. "I’ve lived, trained and worked on 4 continents in 12 industries over a 30-year career." Alex qualified as a professional trainer in Australia in 2012 and as a professional massage therapist in London in 1997. Alex is a Chartered Management Accountant holding two doctorates, a PhD in Information Systems plus a DBA in Business, and 3 master’s degrees in counselling (Performance Psychology), Business Administration, and Education (Leadership and Management).

Alex held the European Figure Champion for Pure Elite and Miami Pro in 2017, and the 2017 IFBA British Ladies Athletic Figure runner up title. In 2017 Alex also was the BNBF Central Masters Figure Champion, the IBFA South West Ladies Overall and Figure Champion, the Miami Pro Muscle Model European Champion as well as the European Pure Elite Pro Ladies Fitness Model Champion over 35, and 45.

Alex was a PCA British nationals finalist for 2018, the PCA Hampshire Ladies Trained Figure runner up, PCA Muscle Talk Athletic Figure runner up, and a nominee for the Female Pure Elite Pro Athlete of the Year 2017 and Pure Elite Motivational personality of the year 2017.

In 2018 Alex competed in her first IFBB competition with 2BrosPro placing 2nd Figure Open, 3rd Figure Novice and 4th Figure Masters. At FMC in April, she won Figure and Theme-wear titles plus 2nd Fitness 35 and Fitness 40. BNBF Wales: 3rd Physique, BNBF Central: 3rd Physique also. WBFF Sydney Australia she placed 3rd Figure and 3rd Fitness 35+ and got Worlds invites for both categories. The fitness pageant with Pure Elite 2 September rendered another string of awards winning the Fitness 35+ and Fitness 45+ categories.

After a year off stage to focus on training in 2019 Alex won 5 first places including Women’s Physique Overall at the NPC Worldwide qualifier 15 March 2020, followed by 2 firsts in Women’s Physique and a second at the NPC Worldwide British Finals 2020, several placings at the NPC Worldwide Ben Weider Classic and finished the year winning Women’s Physique Masters NPC Worldwide Poland Champions Cup and placing fifth in Women’s Physique Open Pro Qualifier.

Her focus is now on Women’s Physique Division (WPD). "Im aiming to bring my best to the stage. Whilst bodybuilding is a competitive sport, the true competition is with yourself. Bodybuilding is a journey, always, no matter the level or achievements."Just as the journey has been an incredible learning my aim is share this, and to help and inspire as many people as possible along the way."
